Mizu Matcha kommer fra Kyotos skyggefulde tehaver og er en førstegrønning (Ichibancha) grøn te, fremstillet af en blanding af Uji Hikari, Gokou, Yabukita og Samidori-sorter. Designet til den ceremonielle usucha-tilberedning giver den en fløjlsblød, fyldig bryg med dyb umami og ristet kompleksitet.

Forvent noter af ristet kastanje, sød kombu og mørk chokolade med en langvarig, velsmagende afslutning. Dens livlige fyrregrønne farve og cremede konsistens afspejler omhyggelig dyrkning og ældgamle forarbejdningsteknikker.
