Victoria H. ★★★★★

The variable temperature control is spot-on, it holds my pour-over water at exactly 205°F without any fuss. It's quick enough that I don't mind waiting for my morning brew, and the gooseneck spout pours with a precision that makes me feel like I actually know what I'm doing.

The 1200 watts gets this thing boiling fast enough that I’m not impatiently staring at the counter every morning, and the pour is so precise it feels like a tiny science experiment. I’ve been dialing in my brew temperature for a few weeks now, and the control is just effortless.

The variable temperature control is spot on — I dial in 205° for my pour-over and it holds steady without fussing. Heats up fast at 1200 watts, so my morning routine shaved off a few minutes. Only wish the base wasn’t so bulky, but the precision makes it worth the counter space.
