Proveniente dai giardini di tè ombreggiati di Kyoto, Mizu Matcha è un tè verde di prima raccolta (Ichibancha), ottenuto da un blend delle cultivar Uji Hikari, Gokou, Yabukita e Samidori. Pensato per la preparazione cerimoniale usucha, offre una bevuta vellutata e corposa, con profondo umami e complessità tostata.
