Abonnement Coup de projecteur du torréfacteur.

The suspense of not knowing which single origin shows up next is half the fun. My first two deliveries were a Peru and a Brazil, and both were standouts, clearly picked by someone who knows their beans.

I’d been stuck in a coffee rut, buying the same bag every week, but this subscription shakes things up — the Peru roast in my first delivery had a fruity brightness I never would’ve picked myself. Knowing the roastery team hand-selects each batch makes every box feel like a personal recommendation,

The surprise factor is the best part—I never know which single origin is coming next, and last month’s Bolivian pick was a real standout. The roastery clearly curates each bag with care, so it feels like a little adventure every delivery.
