The vacuum insulation is the star here — my coffee stayed genuinely hot for over an hour, which has never happened with any press I've owned. I also appreciate how the mesh keeps things clean, no grit in the last cup.
The mesh filter is finer than any press I've used, so my cup comes out clean with barely any sludge at the bottom. I brewed a full pot and the last pour was still steaming hot, which never happened with my old glass carafe.
The vacuum-insulated walls are the real deal—my last cup was still steaming a full hour after the first pour. The mesh filter also lets way more of the coffee's natural oils through, so the body tastes richer than my old press.
