Deze 1829 Espresso komt van Mió, een boerderij in Monte Santo de Minas, Brazilië, gebouwd op zorg, traceerbaarheid en verantwoordelijkheid voor het land. Op het landgoed groeit koffie naast inheems bos, bronwater en zorgvuldig beheerde verwerkingsfaciliteiten.

Gelegen tussen Zuid-Minas Gerais en de regio Hoog Mogiana, profiteert Mió van twee verschillende terreinen: één bekend om citruszuur, de ander om body en zoetheid. Elke oogst wordt gevolgd van kers tot export met behulp van satellietbeelden en strenge verwerkingscontroles, wat volledige zichtbaarheid geeft van boerderij tot kopje.
